3D printing directly from recycled materials.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Pour and print

Fused granulate fabrication (FGF) is an extrusion-based 3D printing technique where plastic granulates are fed directly to the extruder.  We offer two versions of the extruder depending on the required performance.

This approach has 3 main advantages

reducing the impact on the natural environment

Using recycled raw materials allows you to retain all the advantages of large-format 3D printing and at the same time contribute to a real reduction in the impact of the plastics industry on the natural environment.

Cost-effectiveness

The cost of granules is much lower than the cost of filament. It is particularly beneficial for large or industrial 3D printing projects where material costs play a significant role.

Material variety

FGF technology allows the use of a wider range of materials, including various types of plastics, composites and even experimental materials. This flexibility allows the production of parts with specific properties, such as flexibility, strength and heat resistance.
